Task and Responsibilities

• Key supporting member for our Sales Executives
• Follow up with leads, and set appointments for the sales team
• Initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers at target dealer groups.
• Help prepare presentations regarding Dealer Synergy product offering for prospective clients
• Make outbound calls to create interest and set up demonstrations for our virtual training platform to prospective customers for our sales team
• Track leads using CRM software, as well as keeping notes on all customer files

• Able to take complex things and explain them in a coherent manner
• Loves to genuinely engage with people
• Experience with Zoom, Proposify, Doodle, and Zoho CRM is a plus
• Extremely comfortable with Google Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Docs)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
