Task & Responsibilities

• Participate in Dealer Synergy & Bradley on Demand prospect or client presentations
• Participate in client strategy sessions as needed
• Foster ideas to make sales with new customers and expand markets while keeping a strict focus on building customer retention rates.
• Initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers at target dealer groups.
• Expert at navigating through LightSpeed VT (will train the right person)
• Converse with potential and current clients regarding pricing and other inquiries pertaining to Dealer Synergy Products and Services

Characteristics of Our Ideal Candidate

• 0-3 years professional experience -- ideally in some type of lead qualifying capacity.
• Self-motivated and can hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying prospects.
• 5+ years work experience with 2+ in a sales and customer support role
• Enjoys interpersonal interactions, such as developing and fostering relationships
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms that people can understand.
• You’re a starter. You never quit, never take no for an answer, and ultimately succeed in everything you do!
• Excited to build a long-term sales career.
• Experience with Zoom, Proposify, Doodle, and Zoho CRM is a plus
• Extremely comfortable with Google Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Docs)
